Getting an account is fast. Getting it configured correctly — the workflows taught right the first time, access controls set up, and someone watching for the failure modes a brand-new product hasn't hit yet — is the actual work. That's what the monthly retainer buys: someone who already knows where this specific runtime breaks.
What happens if I want to leave?
You can cancel the retainer any time. Because this runtime is a vendor-managed cloud product, your account and its data live with that vendor, not with us — cancelling us just stops the management, monitoring, and support; it doesn't touch your underlying account.
What's actually included for $2,500/month?
Installation and initial configuration, the specific setup work listed above for this product, ongoing monitoring, incident response when something breaks, and a monthly review where we tune what your agent workforce is doing. Who owns the agent and its data?
You own your account with the vendor and everything in it. We operate and manage that account on your behalf under the access you grant us — we don't own the underlying product or your data.
Can I run Grokbot on my own servers instead?
No — Grokbot is xAI's managed cloud product with no self-hosting option. If keeping everything on your own infrastructure matters to you, OpenClaw or Hermes are the better fit; we're happy to talk through which makes sense.
What does Grokbot cost on top of your $2,500/mo?
Grokbot access is billed by xAI directly, separately from our management fee, and its pricing has changed since launch — we'll walk you through current plan options on the discovery call rather than quote a number here that could be stale by the time you read it.
Is Grokbot proven for a business like mine?
Grokbot is genuinely new — it launched in beta in August 2026 and enterprise controls shipped a few weeks after that. It is capable today, but independent, real-world reliability data beyond the vendor's own demos is still thin. That is exactly why we manage it: someone should be watching it closely while it matures, not you.
