That's what the monthly retainer buys: someone who already knows where this specific runtime breaks.
What happens if I want to leave?
You can cancel the retainer any time. Because this runtime is a vendor-managed cloud product, your account and its data live with that vendor, not with us — cancelling us just stops the management, monitoring, and support; it doesn't touch your underlying account.

No — Grokbot is xAI's managed cloud product with no self-hosting option. If keeping everything on your own infrastructure matters to you, OpenClaw or Hermes are the better fit; we're happy to talk through which makes sense.

Is Grokbot proven for a business like mine?
Grokbot is genuinely new — it launched in beta in August 2026 and enterprise controls shipped a few weeks after that.
