What Hermes does once it is working
01 — Gets better every week
After every job it saves what it learned, so the next one goes faster.
Illustrative example · An event-AV rental
02 — Remembers your business
It builds a real picture of how you work over time, not just what you told it five minutes ago.
Illustrative example · A tattoo studio
03 — Finds anything it has done before
Ask what happened last month and it can look back through everything it has ever done.
Illustrative example · A bookkeeping firm
04 — Splits big jobs into pieces
For a big task it can work on several parts at the same time instead of one at a time.
Illustrative example · A marina
05 — Works on a schedule, on its own
It can do things automatically at set times, using its own tools, without anyone asking.
Illustrative example · A custom cabinetry
06 — Reaches you anywhere, cheap
It can message you on Telegram, Slack, or email, and it costs almost nothing to keep running.
Illustrative example · A daycare center

Skip the hire. Deploy Hermes.
We install, configure, and maintain your Hermes workforce for a flat $2,500/mo instead.
Comes with MIND memory, so it never forgets your business.
What you get every month
- Initial deployment on a managed VPS (or your own infrastructure)
- Provider and model routing configuration
- Messaging-platform integration for the channels you use
- Ongoing review and curation of the skills the agent has learned
- Uptime monitoring and incident response
- A monthly review call as Hermes ships new capabilities
Four steps, start to finish
- Step 1: Discovery call. We scope your workflows and messaging platforms, and set expectations about where Hermes fits versus Grokbot or OpenClaw.
- Step 2: Setup. We deploy Hermes on a managed VPS, configure model routing, and wire your messaging integrations.
- Step 3: Verification. We run it alongside your team, reviewing what skills it learns before letting them run unsupervised.
- Step 4: Ongoing management. Skill-loop review, uptime monitoring, and a monthly call to tune what it's handling.
Frequently asked questions
Isn't Hermes just install-and-go? Why do I need you?
The install script is genuinely one line. What it doesn't do is choose your infrastructure, harden credentials and network access, curate which plugins/skills are safe to run, wire the messaging platforms you actually use, or notice when a config drifts or a model chain breaks at 2am. That's the part we run. If you're comfortable doing all of that yourself and keeping up with it, you don't need us.
What happens if I want to leave?
Everything runs on infrastructure in your name or one we hand over on request — your data, your config, your credentials. Cancel any time; we'll hand off a clean export and walk your team (or your next vendor) through it. No lock-in by design.
What's actually included for $2,500/month?
Installation and initial configuration, the specific setup work listed above for this product, ongoing monitoring, incident response when something breaks, and a monthly review where we tune what your agent workforce is doing. It is a managed service, not a one-time setup fee — see "What you get monthly" above for the full list.
Who owns the agent and its data?
You do. It runs on your own hardware or a VPS provisioned in your name, with your credentials. We operate it; we don't own it.
Have you run Hermes for other clients before?
Hermes is the newest product in our lineup and we're direct about that: we don't have months of production history with it the way we do with OpenClaw. What we bring is the same deployment discipline, security review, and ongoing management process we run elsewhere, applied to a genuinely capable, well-documented open-source runtime.
Why would I pick the newest, least-proven option?
Because the self-improving skill loop is a real, differentiated capability the other two don't have, and it's cheap to run. If proven operating history matters more to you than that capability, OpenClaw — which we run ourselves daily — is the safer starting point.
What stops the self-improving agent from learning the wrong things?
Nothing, automatically — that's exactly why this is a managed service and not a fire-and-forget install. We review what skills the agent has saved on a regular cadence and prune or correct anything that's drifted.
