The done-for-you AI workforce that has a brain.
Hundreds of AI workers running your business or your life, live on day one. Each with its own computer, its own logins, its own permissions. They share one memory, so every week they know more about how you work. $2,500 a month, plus what the AI itself costs to run.
- A dedicated computer you own
- Own accounts and permissions for each bot
- We install it, run it, and fix it
- Cancel any time
Here is what lands on your desk
Three moments in one working day. Illustrative example · A dental practice.
- 7:02am Monday (Phone) — Your Monday briefing is waiting
- Overnight (Slack) — Inbox sorted, replies drafted
- Friday 4pm (Report) — The report, already done
What OpenClaw does once it is working
01 — Answers where you already chat
It replies in Slack, Discord, text messages, and more, so nobody has to open a new app.
Illustrative example · An IT MSP
02 — Stays on your own computer
Everything it knows lives on a computer you own, not in someone else's cloud.
Illustrative example · A freight broker
03 — Picks the right brain for the job
For hard thinking it uses a smarter helper, and for simple work it uses a cheaper one, so you never overpay.
Illustrative example · A plumbing company
04 — Grows new skills any time
New abilities are just switched on, no waiting on a company to approve it or raise your bill.
Illustrative example · An architecture studio
05 — Works on your desk and your phone
The same agent follows you from your computer to your phone, wherever you check in.
Illustrative example · A nonprofit
06 — Keeps your other tools in sync
It kicks off scheduled jobs and passes messages between your other tools and agents, so nothing falls through the cracks.
Illustrative example · A gym franchise
What a normal day looks like
Illustrative example · A property manager.
- 7:02am — Your briefing is already sitting in your messages.
- Midday — It answers a question in Slack, right where your team asked it.
- 3:00pm — It runs the afternoon job you put on its schedule.
- Evening — The report is already sitting in your inbox.
What it costs
$2,500 / month · cancel any time
Skip the hire. Deploy OpenClaw.
We install, configure, and maintain your OpenClaw workforce for a flat $2,500/mo instead.
That covers our work. What the AI itself costs to run is billed separately, at cost.
Comes with MIND memory, so it never forgets how you work.
What you get every month
- Infrastructure setup (VPS or your own hardware) and hardening
- Model routing configuration across Claude, Codex, or local models
- Plugin and skill curation from ClawHub
- Messaging-platform integration for the channels you actually use
- Config-drift monitoring and incident response
- A monthly review call to tune what your agent workforce handles
Four steps, start to finish
- Step 1: Discovery call. We scope which messaging platforms and workflows matter most, and whether you want it on your own hardware or a VPS we provision.
- Step 2: Setup. We install and harden OpenClaw, configure model routing, and wire the messaging integrations you use.
- Step 3: Verification. We run it alongside your team for two weeks, watching for config drift or misfires and fixing them.
- Step 4: Ongoing management. Continuous monitoring, plugin/skill curation as the ecosystem evolves, and a monthly review call.
Frequently asked questions
Isn't OpenClaw just install-and-go? Why do I need you?
The install script is genuinely one line. What it doesn't do is choose your infrastructure, harden credentials and network access, curate which plugins/skills are safe to run, wire the messaging platforms you actually use, or notice when a config drifts or a model chain breaks at 2am. That's the part we run. If you're comfortable doing all of that yourself and keeping up with it, you don't need us.
What happens if I want to leave?
Everything runs on infrastructure in your name or one we hand over on request — your data, your config, your credentials. Cancel any time; we'll hand off a clean export and walk your team (or your next vendor) through it. No lock-in by design.
What's actually included for $2,500/month?
Installation and initial configuration, the specific setup work listed above for this product, ongoing monitoring, incident response when something breaks, and a monthly review where we tune what your agent workforce is doing. It is a managed service, not a one-time setup fee — see "What you get monthly" above for the full list.
Who owns the agent and its data?
You do. It runs on your own hardware or a VPS provisioned in your name, with your credentials. We operate it; we don't own it.
Do you actually use OpenClaw yourselves, or is this just a product you sell?
We run OpenClaw ourselves, in production, as the orchestration layer behind our own AI systems — scheduled jobs, multi-channel messaging, coordinating other agent sessions. The friction we describe above (config drift, plugin-version mismatches, model-chain failures) is friction we've personally hit and fixed, not vendor marketing.
Is OpenClaw free, then? What am I paying $2,500/mo for?
OpenClaw itself is open source under the MIT license — no license fee. You're paying for infrastructure decisions made correctly, credential and security boundaries set up right, plugin curation, integration wiring, and someone who catches the failure modes before they cost you a workday.
What if I already have technical staff who could set this up?
If your team already knows OpenClaw's failure modes and has time to own uptime, security, and plugin curation ongoing, you may not need us. Most SMB teams we talk to have neither the spare bandwidth nor the specific experience — that's the gap this retainer fills.
