AI FOR CHIROPRACTORS · DONE FOR YOU BY ASTRA AI Your front desk never misses another new patient.
Astra AI designs, installs and runs a team of 18 AI agents built for chiropractic and physical therapy clinics. They answer new patients, book first visits, remind, follow up and watch the claims. They work inside the software you already use. Your doctor makes every clinical call.
Here is where the money slips out of a clinic.
- Missed calls. The phone rings mid-adjustment and goes to voicemail. That caller books with someone else.
- Patients who fade from the plan. The doctor recommends a care plan, then visits trail off and nobody follows up.
- Unworked claims. Eligibility is not checked before the first visit. Claims sit denied or aging, and patient balances go unchased.
- No reactivation. Past patients who would come back with a nudge sit in the charting software untouched.
- Admin that eats your day. Intake, re-exams, treatment-plan notes and the front desk inbox take time that belongs to patients. Note gaps are also a payer risk.
None of this needs a doctor. All of it costs a doctor. What is one new patient worth to you? Your visits per patient times what you collect per visit. Your practice software already has both numbers.
Why we built it like a team
We build software that gives AI a memory. That is what MIND is.
A clinic runs on a front desk, a biller, a note checker and a doctor. One AI tool trying to be all of them has no clear owner for any job, and it forgets what it told the patient. A real team has roles, and they all work from one file on every patient.
So we design it like a team. Eighteen roles. A clear owner for each task. One shared memory, so the agent that books the first visit and the agent that notices a missed visit know the same things.
Each role gets its own account and its own permissions, set up on purpose. Giving every agent the keys to everything is how you get a mess. Patient information only goes into tools covered by a signed business associate agreement with your clinic.
Chiropractic is built on repeat visits, and repeat visits are mostly follow-up. The agents never diagnose, never set or change a care plan and never tell a patient what insurance will pay. They prepare, remind, draft and route, and your doctor decides. We build it, we run it, and we keep it running.

Built for chiropractic rules
- Patient information: it only goes into tools covered by a signed business associate agreement with your clinic. Tools without one get no patient information. We list every tool and its status at setup.
- Marketing permission: the newsletter, Reactivation and Review & Referral agents only use patients who signed marketing permission. Intake never requires it to get care.
- Texts: marketing texts need prior written consent. Text-back goes only to people who called you. Reactivation texts go only to written opt-ins. Every STOP is honored and logged.
- Medicare: the agents never say Medicare "will cover" anything. The Documentation Audit Agent checks notes against the Medicare list and flags gaps to your doctor. Notices to Medicare patients stay with your staff.
- No inducements: the agents never offer free exams, free add-on services, waived copays or gifts to people on Medicare or Medicaid. Every promotion goes to your doctor and your counsel first.
- Health claims: the agents write only from your approved topics. No "cure," "permanent" or guaranteed outcome language.
- Reviews: the Review & Referral Agent asks every patient the same way, never pays for or rewards a positive review and never writes a review.
- State board rules: advertising, testimonials, "free" offers and patient-solicitation rules differ by state. Your counsel gives us your state’s rules and we write them into your scope document. The agents do not summarize them.
- Injury cases: the Case & Lien Tracker is optional and only tracks cases the clinic already has. The agents never find, contact or solicit accident victims.
- Email: newsletter and outreach email carry a physical address and a working unsubscribe.
- Web tracking: we add no ad pixels to booking or intake pages and flag any existing pixel for your counsel.
- Licensed people decide: the agents prepare, remind, draft and route. Your doctor handles every clinical call.
- This is not legal advice. Your counsel makes the final call on your rules.

Total value: $30,986.61. $2,500/month · AI running costs billed at cost · cancel any time
Value is what it would cost to hire the closest roles at national median pay (U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, May 2025), at the share of a full-time role the agents cover. One-time lines and the managed operations hours use the same wages as a low stand-in for consultant time. It is not a promise of results.

Frequently asked questions
How do chiropractors use AI?
Most chiropractic and PT clinics start with one AI tool, like a chatbot or a writing assistant. The bigger gain comes from a team: 18 agents that each own one job, such as answering new patient inquiries, booking, reactivating past patients and following up on claims. They share one memory in MIND, so nothing restarts from zero. Astra AI designs that team for your office, installs it on the AI you already use and runs it every month. A licensed person on your team approves anything clinical.
What does the AI cost to run?
Our fee is $2,500 a month to design, install and run your team. What the AI itself costs to run is billed separately, at cost, based on what it uses. We estimate it with you before you start.
Do I have to switch software?
No. The team works in your current software. We confirm how it connects for your plan at setup.
How does this fit HIPAA?
The team is designed around HIPAA rules. Patient information only goes into tools covered by a signed business associate agreement with your clinic, and marketing only reaches people who gave written permission. Your counsel signs off on the setup.
Will it tell patients what insurance will cover?
No. It checks eligibility and drafts an estimate for your front desk to review. It never promises coverage.
Does it work with Medicare patients?
Yes, with extra care. It never offers free services or discounts to Medicare patients, and it checks notes against the Medicare documentation list for your doctor to fix.
Which AI do you use?
We work with any AI agent you already use: Grok Bot, Muse, Dots, Hermes, OpenClaw and Claude. We choose the setup that fits your clinic and run it.
What happens to my patient information?
Every agent shares one memory, MIND, and each agent gets its own login and permissions, set up on purpose at install. We describe what we do and do not promise a security outcome.
Can I cancel?
Yes. It is month to month and you can cancel any time. We do not offer guarantees, free pilots or refunds, and we do not promise results.
