AI FOR REAL ESTATE AGENTS · DONE FOR YOU BY ASTRA AI Every lead answered. Every deal tracked. Without hiring.
Astra AI designs, installs and runs a team of 18 AI agents built for real estate. They answer leads, book showings, chase deadlines and keep your past clients warm. You approve what matters.
Here is where the money slips out of a real estate business.
- The late lead. A lead comes in at 9:40pm. Nobody answers until morning. A 2011 Harvard Business Review study found that companies that responded within an hour were far more likely to reach the buyer than the ones that waited. It looked at many industries, not only real estate.
- The missed call. A call goes to voicemail while you are at a showing.
- The quiet lead. "Call me in six months." Nobody does.
- The closing nobody follows up on. A closing goes well. Nobody asks for the review or the referral.
- The paperwork. Deadlines, forms, vendors, updates. The work that is not selling still eats your week.
You did not become an agent to do data entry.
Why we built it like a team
We build software that gives AI a memory. That is what MIND is.
One AI doing one giant job is not a team. It answers leads, writes listings and tracks the deal, and it has no clear boss for any of it. A real team has roles. The person who answers the phone is not the person who keeps the books. And they all share one file on every client.
So we design it like a team. Eighteen roles. A clear owner for each task. One shared memory, so the agent that texts the lead and the agent that tracks the closing know the same things.
Then comes the part most people skip. Each role gets its own account and its own permissions, set up on purpose. Giving every agent the keys to everything is how you get a mess.
You have a business to run. We build it, we run it, and we keep it running. You stay the agent.

Built for real estate rules
- Fair Housing: a screener reads every ad, post and listing remark. The agents never steer, never describe a neighborhood by who lives there, and never rank leads by protected traits. The law still applies to AI-written ads, so the screener stays on.
- Texts: marketing texts need prior written consent. The agents log where and when consent was given before the first marketing text, include opt-out language, and stop when someone says STOP.
- Do Not Call: expired and for-sale-by-owner lists are scrubbed before any task is created. People place the cold calls.
- Email: every marketing email carries a real sender, a physical address and a working unsubscribe.
- No kickbacks: the agents never offer or accept anything of value for referring settlement services such as title, lending or brokerage. The Review and Referral Agent never offers a gift for a review.
- Written buyer agreements: the Buyer Agreement Packet Agent prepares the agreement before home tours, with the compensation terms you enter. Rules vary by state.
- Reviews: the Review and Referral Agent only asks real clients. It never writes a review and never pays for one.
- Licensed people decide: the agents handle scheduling, drafting, reminders and data work. A licensed person handles advice, negotiation and contract terms.
- This is not legal advice. Your broker and counsel make the final call on your rules.

Value is what it would cost to hire the closest roles at national median pay (U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, May 2025), at the share of a full-time role the agents cover. One-time lines use the same wages as a low stand-in for consultant time. It is not a promise of results.

Frequently asked questions
How do real estate agents use AI?
Most real estate agents and brokerages start with one AI tool, like a chatbot or a writing assistant. The bigger gain comes from a team: 18 agents that each own one job, such as answering new leads in minutes, following up for months, booking showings and keeping every deal on track. They share one memory in MIND, so nothing restarts from zero. Astra AI designs that team for your office, installs it on the AI you already use and runs it every month. A licensed person on your team approves prices, contracts and promises.
What does the AI cost to run?
The $2,500 a month is our management fee. What the AI itself costs to run is billed separately, at cost. It depends on how many leads, texts and files your team handles. We estimate it with you before you start.
Do I have to switch software?
No. We work in the CRM, transaction system and calendar you already use.
Is this legal? Texts, calls, Fair Housing?
The agents are built around consent logging, Do Not Call scrubbing, opt-outs, and a Fair Housing screen on every ad and listing remark. A licensed person approves advice, prices and contract terms. This is not legal advice. Your broker and counsel make the final call on your rules.
Will the AI talk to my clients as me?
It writes in your voice from templates you approve. It tells people what it is when they ask. You decide where a person steps in.
What if I already use an AI tool?
Keep it. We work with Grok Bot, Muse, Dots, Hermes, OpenClaw and Claude.
Who owns my data?
We go over what is stored, where, and what happens if you cancel on your first call, before you commit to anything.
How fast is setup?
We give you a dated plan on your first call.
Is there a guarantee or a pilot?
No. We do not offer free pilots, refunds or guarantees. What you get is a team designed for your office, installed, and run by us. You can cancel any time.
